🚨 Important Notes

Non-Refundable Deposit: Your deposit secures your appointment and is non-refundable for cancellations a month or less before I fly. I need to purchase travel tickets and book accommodation etc in advance and need to know that I can count on my clients to make traveling worth my while.

Moving your appointment: Please notify me at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment so I can make sure to fit you in as well as replace your original appointment with another client on my waiting list.

Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment time in the event that I have other clients booked after you. Not notifying me of late arrival will also mean that your booking will still start at the confirmed time of our booking. Please don’t arrive late. It wastes my time and yours, plus your money.
