🚨 Important Notes

Non-Refundable Deposit: Your deposit secures your appointment and is non-refundable for cancellations later than 1 May 2026.

Cancellation Policy: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so I can replace your appointment with another client on my waiting list.

Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment time in the event that I have other clients booked after you. Not notifying me of late arrival will also mean that your booking will still start at the confirmed time of our booking. Please don’t arrive late. It wastes my time and yours, plus your money.
